Clarity CB1 is honoured to be the digital marketing, media and design partner for the Cambridge Breast Cancer Appeal Fashion Show, which takes place annually in the Grand Arcade Cambridge, during Breast Cancer Awareness month.
This year’s show takes place 7pm on Thursday 18th October in the Grand Arcade.
Now in its fifth year, the Cambridge Breast Cancer Appeal Fashion Show was founded by Natalie Emuss a breast cancer survivor herself and Jennifer Mason of Rigby & Peller. The show has raised tens of thousands of pounds for Addenbrooke’s Breast Cancer Appeal.
Only models who are either undergoing treatment or have survived breast cancer, walk down the catwalk in the Cambridge Grand Arcade in pieces from Rigby&Peller, The White Company, Hobbs, Ted Baker, Coast, Phase Eight, with hair and make up by MAC, Charlotte Tilbury and Sean Hanna.
The show is incredibly inspiring and is an annual highlight within the Grand Arcade.
Following an interview with Saleha Williams, Saleha decided to adopt the charity and the Clarity CB1 team went on to produce and design new branding and imagery featuring the iconic catwalk model in a pink tutu, together with a new website, social media strategy and of course, stunning photography by Russ Gostelow.
“Working with these women, together with our fashion and beauty sponsors, has been truly inspiring and incredibly powerful” said Saleha Williams.
Over the years, funds raised have helped renovate quiet rooms, buy specialist ultrasound scanners, support cutting-edge research programmes to help make treatment more targeted and effective. Not only that, the Cambridge Breast Cancer Appeal Fashion Show, which attracts hundreds of visitors to this exclusive evening event night, brings together fashion and luxury businesses across Cambridgeshire and creates a real sense of pride and camaraderie.
